Setting the right expectations in terms of key commercial parameters and project timeline upfront is paramount to a successful transactions, and to create leverage throughout the negotiation process.

We'll assist you every step of the way from the initial rounds of exchanges to the post-closing steps. A detailed project plan with all the key processes and steps of the development or acquisition process up to the deal closing will be mapped out.

1. Three statement model, with the focus on cashflows and financial ratios the form of a model that details out the income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement
