Transaction Structuring
Within the property acquisition and development process, we have preferred partners - from land surveyors to tax advisors to notaries - with whom we regularly work with for transaction structuring. We have access to partners in several African jurisdictions, including Mauritius.

We'll assist you in setting up the right capital structure in order to minimise tax leakages, especially on cross border property acquisitions out of Mauritius and into Africa, such that your cash and capital returns are maximised.
